Lisa Prince Fishler Founder and Executive Director

Lisa has always shared her life with a colorful collection of animal friends. An artist, professional photographer, and tireless advocate for all living things, HeARTs Speak was inspired by her soul dog, Iggy, and is the embodiment of all she believes in. Lisa feels passion is the spark that can ignite change, and she strives to create a work culture that always considers and acts on this. An alliance builder, Lisa believes in empowering stakeholders to shape their shared vision for the future, together and for this reason, collaboration has always been a core value of HeARTs Speak.


Caitlin Quinn Director of Operations

Caitlin is passionate about working with shelters and rescues to reimagine the way they tell their stories and connect with new audiences. She has served in the animal welfare field since 2008 and early on had the honor of working closely with diverse organizations across the U.S. to maximize resources, redesign policies and find life-changing marketing solutions. In 2015 she got her MPA with a concentration in nonprofit management. She shares her life with two dogs, Paddy + Sally, who make life complete

Will Anzenberger
Will Anzenberger is the Development Manager at Valley Humane Society in Pleasanton, California. Will has been fortunate to have worked for the San Francisco SPCA, the Kauai Humane Society and Dane County Humane Society (Madison, WI). With over 10 years of animal shelter experience in both administrative and fundraising roles, Will was drawn to Hearts Speak from seeing, first-hand, the importance of quality images and storytelling in saving animal lives.
Will received his BA from Boston College and his JD/MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has worked as a general counsel for a professional sports league as well as licensing in the entertainment industry. He is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) as well as the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners (CGP). Will shares his home and office with two rescued French bulldogs, Dexter and Pi. All three have volunteered with local hospices performing pet visits, and hope to participate in similar activities in the Tri-Valley.
Valerie Bruder

Valerie is a pet portrait photographer and dog trainer based in southern New Jersey. In her spare time, she photographs adoptable animals for several local shelters, rescues, and fosters. She’s driven by some of her favorite things in life: shooting the night sky and capturing the stars, teaching photography for shelter staff and volunteers, and cuddling with senior cats (orange tabbies are her favorite!). Her work has been seen in several magazines and books, including American Dog Magazine, Local Living Magazine, and Great Destinations, NJ.

Lisa Prince Fishler

Lisa is the Vice President of HeARTs Speak’s Board of Directors and its Executive Director. A New York based professional photographer, Lisa founded the global HeARTs Speak in 2010. Her passion for art, animals, and advocacy converged to inspire her to create a community of individuals united for a common cause — saving the lives of shelter pets. Lisa earned her BA from Vassar College, and an MA from Goddard.

Jill Flynn

Jill Flynn is a Phoenix, Arizona based photographer that specializes in Pet Photography. She works closely with numerous animal welfare organizations and volunteers her services by taking photographs of shelter animals as well as teaches other volunteers how to take photographs of animals. She is a firm believer in being involved in community and giving back. Jill also teaches photography for The Perfect Picture School of Photography, does private instruction, workshops, photography mentoring and creates stock imagery for Getty and Corbis. Her work has been used commercially, appeared on book covers, in fine art magazines and private galleries. Clients and credits include ABC Good Morning America, Avalon Television, Avanti Press, Bloomberg Business Week, National Veterinary Associates, NBC Universal, Oxford University Press.

Rebecca Gobeille
Rebecca (Becca) Gobeille is a transactional real estate attorney living in Seattle, Washington. Currently an attorney at Jameson Babbitt Stites & Lombard in downtown Seattle, Becca was previously an associate at Hirschen Singer & Epstein in New York, NY (2007-2013) and Stoel Rives LLP in Seattle, WA (2013-2017). Becca received her BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and her JD/Masters in Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
Becca moved from New York City to Seattle almost 7 years ago and now lives south of the city with her husband, three sons, two rescue dogs, one cat and two enormous rescue rabbits. She enjoys gardening, raising mason bees, cooking, herding children, reading and traveling. Becca is a vociferous advocate for buying locally and sustainably, public education, pit bull rescue, women's rugby and affordable fair housing in her community and across the country. She was, once upon a time, a budding photographer and so holds a special place in her heart for the artists of HeARTs Speak. Becca was one of the attorneys that originally helped form HeARTs Speak and obtain its tax exempt status.She is incredibly proud to now be able to serve the organization as the President of its Board of Directors.
Erica Matyas
Erica Matyas has a diverse background in the non-profit and public arts sector.  She earned her B.F.A from the University of Central Florida after completing their limited-admission Film Program. Along the way, an internship with National Geographic Television ignited a passion for story and the documentary genre.  Over 20 years later, her experience working in the film and television industry has sharpened an ability to bring creative solutions to any situation.  A passion for animal advocacy is weaved into daily life and she never forgets how small things can create a huge impact.  She currently resides in Orlando, FL with her husband and their beloved squatty, square head, Billie-Jean Meatball.
